Our Services

Bespoke flavour development 

We’ve been manufacturing and creating new e-liquid brands for around six years, so we know a thing or two about concocting great flavour! Using our wealth of experience and industry knowledge, we can help you with flavour development from the very beginning. 

If you already have an idea in mind or need help spotting gaps in the market to jump on emerging trends, we’re on hand every step of the way from sourcing the raw ingredients to blending your chosen flavour concentrates. 

Whatever flavour profile you choose, we’ve got you covered with our advanced facilities and know-how. Whether you’re basing your e-liquid on your favourite classic sweets, or looking to create something completely new and unique, we can make your vision a reality. 

Once we’ve blended your bespoke flavours, we’ll run some internal tests and ship out the samples to you for feedback. As soon as any requested tweaks and revisions are completed, your new e-liquid line will be ready for final testing and registration! 

Testing and compliance 

We work closely with third party experts to carry out compliance testing, and produce all the necessary paperwork to get your product registered ready for market. As well as MSDS sheets, we also handle all the documentation for TPD submission and registration, to help make the process as easy and stress-free as possible. 

Design and brand development

Whilst you're busy choosing your flavours and trying the first e-liquid samples, our design and marketing team will be busy working on your packaging and social media material. We’re on hand to provide as much or as little support as you need, from initial logo design right through to CDUs and promotional website banners. 

Once your product is ready for launch, our innovative marketing team will promote your new vape juice across social media, working closely with our sales team to get it into as many online and high-street stores as possible. Since our manufacturing, design and marketing team are all located under one roof, the process is extremely efficient as we’re able to communicate any updates and alterations straight away. 

Production and contact packing

We also offer a reliable production and contract packing service to get your product mass produced as quickly as possible. We’re able to handle order quantities of any size, and get your product rapidly shipped to reputable retailers or directly to customers across the country and abroad. 

Located on the outskirts of Lincoln, our ISO 9001 rated clean rooms are specifically set up to manufacture and package e-liquid. We have a range of modern and advanced equipment, including several FL-800 10ml fully automatic bottling lines, with label applicators and batch printers, Cap Coder Shortfill machines and a PMM Automatic Cartoning machine. We also have Accu-fill hand filling machines for more bespoke, intricate products. 

White Label

If you don’t want to create your own flavours, we also offer a white label service. White labelling offers a quicker and less costly route to market than OEM manufacturing, by taking an off-the-shelf product and rebranding it to be sold under a different company. 

It also means that you don’t need to worry about TPD testing and compliance, as the product already has the necessary documentation from when it was sold under another brand. All you have to do is pay a small fee to register it with the TPD under a new brand name and it’s ready to hit the market!
