How do I create an account?

Creating an account is extremely simple! Click here and you will be taken to our account set up. Once this has been submitted, this will be passed on to our wholesale team who will be able to approve this for you. Once your customer account is approved, you will be able to browse our site and see all pricing.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

We do not have a minimum order quantity when you shop with us, however, products such as V4POUR 10mls and nicotine salts come in CDUs of either 10 or 20 bottles. This allows all customers to make small purchases if needs be and try a product out before committing to purchasing large quantities.

How much does delivery cost?

All UK orders start from £10 +VAT for DPD next day delivery. All orders are charged on a weight and parcel basis. International shipping varies on the shipment zone and size of the order. What is your lead time on orders?

When you order with us online, you will be sent a proforma invoice. If an order is placed and paid before 3pm, we will attempt to dispatch this on the same day. All orders are sent via DPD next day delivery - this is from point of dispatch. Please note, our head office is closed on weekends, and therefore any orders placed and paid after 3pm on Fridays will not be processed until the following Monday.

How do I pay for an order?

Once you are ready to place you order and have reached the checkout page, you will see the payment methods available. Currently, you can either pay with us over the phone or via bank transfer. We are currently looking into a payment gateway on this site to ensure an easier and quicker transaction process for all of our customers.

An item I'd like to purchase is out of stock, when will you be getting it back in?

I can't find what I'm looking for, do you stock it?

If there is a certain product that you're looking for that can't be found on our site, please do not hesitate to contact our wholesale team to enquire regarding us stocking it. We are always more than happy to bring in specific products that are in high demand and will do everything we can to assist you. I'm a member of the public, can I create an account?

Unfortunately, customer accounts on this website are only for businesses. If you are a member of the public and are looking for vaping products, you can visit our sister company's website here.

I have received a faulty product, what do I do?

Do you price match?

If you're looking for a better deal on specific products, please do not hesitate to contact our wholesale team to see if we can do anything for you. 

Do you sponsor people?

Juice Sauz have had a very close knit sponsorship team for the last few years, however, we are currently not looking for any new sponsors at this moment in time. Our team will always be in contact if we would like to sponsor an individual, Facebook group or YouTube channel.
