As part of our significant growth programme, we have recently acquired the widely recognised Bradford based brand, The Yorkshire Vaper Manufacturing.
Juice Sauz have become well known within the industry as a manufacturer and distributor of e-liquids, whilst also offering extra services such as unique custom brands and White Labelling which allows businesses within the industry to create their own e-liquid brands from concept ideas to the finished product. Our extensive catalogue of e-liquids is now sold across the globe, including Europe, South Africa, Canada and the USA.
This deal will allow us to execute our plans to further increase manufacturing output and product offering to members of the public and businesses. The Yorkshire Vaper's product lines will also see a significant boost in brand awareness and reach, as we use our distribution capabilities to further extend the reach of TYV throughout the UK and Europe.
As part of the deal, we will be retaining the Bradford premises and staff to avoid any disruption to the business, which will also help us to increase our operations and expand both Juice Sauz and TYV's footprint throughout the UK.
